ITANAGAR, May 30: There has been an increasing trend in road traffic accidents (RTAs) in the state triggered by onset of pre-monsoon rains which resulted in rising number of calls for free emergency ambulance services during last three days. Landslide hits NHPC’s LSHP killing a worker
