CoSAAP suspends non-coop stir

* CM urges employees to adopt work culture

ITANAGAR | Mar 29 | Hinting at gradual degradation of commitment to duty that could jeopardize Arunachal Pradesh future, Chief Minister Pema Khandu today urged the Govt employees to inculcate work culture.

Khandu’s plea came during a meeting with representatives of Confederation of Service Association of Arunachal Pradesh (CoSAAP) here.

CoSSAP delegates lauded CM’s recent decisions for state’s greater welfare and GoAP employees during the meeting, attended by DyCM Chowna Mein, PHED Minister Bamang Felix and Chief Secretary Shakuntala Gamlin.

Terming these decisions as bold and rightful, the apex body of GoAP employees appreciated implementation of Central Civil Service (revised pay) Rules, 2016 and move to enhance contingency employees’ wages by Rs 1000 pm per head.

Describing  2017-18 Budget as holistic and balanced, it made special mention of introducing composite sanction of schemes through planning and finance department from current fiscal as innovative as it considerably reduced rush; a regular feature during fag end of every fiscal and checked fund mismanagement;  bold decision of recruitment of group B & C posts through  APPSC, and various reforms to revolutionize education sector.

Meanwhile, CoSAAP has decided to suspend its non-cooperation movement against GoAP, its secretary general Gonya Riba told reporters over telephone.
