NAHARLAGUN | Aug 23 | Three-day state level training of medical officers, public health service providers and internal assessors on health quality assurance services (HQAS) begun at ATI here today.
Senior national consultant Dr Parminder Gautam, and National Health System Resource Centre consultant of Health & Family Welfare Ministry Dr Deepika Sharma will impart the training as resource persons, according to an official release.
State H&FW special secretary Dr Tapasya Raghav, in her address, exhorted the participants to rededicate themselves to HQAS and practice which would be taught to them.
Family welfare director Dr M Lego assured to adopt HQAS comprehensively and extend in phases for bringing all healthcare services under its umbrella.
