NE Zone Badminton Champ

ITANAGAR | Sep 03 | In all 19 top ranking shuttlers ofArunachal Pradesh left for Mizoram on Sunday to take part in four-day North East Inter State Zone Badminton Championship-2017, scheduled at Aizawl from September 5 next.
Arunachal State Badminton Association (ASBA) sent the group in a ceremony at MLA badminton stadium here today.
Wishing them success, Sports Authority of Arunachal chairman Bamang Tago and ASBA joint secretary Penya Bagra expressed confidence that they would win laurels to the state.
The players in different categories are Laa Takum, Bamang Penko, Raja Gupta, Asif Khan, Lunku Sih, Laa Talar, Jokam Riba, Kalung Taki, Rahul Thapa, Bika Lakai, Laa Yajum, Yumiam Mopi, Kapu Rumi, Ingam Potom, Dolma Tamang, Pinky Karki, Taring Tania, Tania Yasap and Apali Mega. N L Togu, Pema Ladon and Nich Bapu would accompany the team as manager, coach and technical staff respectively.
