ITANAGAR | Oct 30 | The Confederation of Service Associations of Arunachal Pradesh (CoSAAP) central executive committee members led by its president Pate Marik and secretary general Gonya Riba called on chief secretary Satya Gopal today and congratulated him on his promotion to CS post of. Earlier, he was serving as principal
secretary (home, personal, vigilance, AR & training).
The team also thanked the GoAP, particularly Gopal for his earlier recommendation the led to implementation of Fundamental Rules-56 on retirement age at 60 years. Highlighting pending demands of GoAP employees, they sought his support for the legitimate and genuine demands.
Gopal, after patient hearing, lauded the team for its convincing campaign which had resulted in implementation of FR-56, a long pending demand since 1998. He has assured to look into the grievances of employees, who have to reciprocate by sincerity and discipline in their duties, a CoSAAP release said.
