SADP aims at providing services at door steps: Moyong

PASIGHAT, Oct 22: Pasighat West MLA Kaling Moyong, after inaugurating 5th sarkar aapke dwar par (SADP) of East Siang district at Yagrung GS School, said that citizen centric initiative aimed at providing services to the people at their door steps.

While launching Mission Pratiraksha, he said it intended  full  immunization of children and pregnant women  under routine immunization and Mission Indradhanush  by  offering incentives to ASHAs and ANMs to vaccinate identified children by reaching the unreached in speedy manner.

Moyong said that SADP is a  vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi   to bring Govt departments and banking Institutions to people’s  doorsteps  and urged the gathering to avail the services. He also urged all to enroll in recently launched Chief Minister Arunachal Arogya Yojana (CMAAY) which offers health coverage upto Rs. 5 lakh per year per family.

Highlighting various developmental initiatives of Pema Khandu Govt, he urged all the GBs to create awareness among the stakeholders.

In all 487 enrolled under CMAAY; Apex Bank highlighted its ‘Go digital’ initiative, sponsored by NABARD, to empower people for digital banking; AP Rural Bank, SBI and Punjab National Bank highlighted their services, including  opening accounts, enrollment under Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana with zero balances,  Atal Pension Yojan for senior citizens, Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana for insurance coverage of Rs. 2 lakh each at a premium of Rs. 12  for PMSBY and 330 (PMJJY) respectively and Pratiraksha Mission launched.

East Siang DC Tamiyo Tatak urged all present to disseminate information on the CMAAY, Dulari Kanya and other welfare schemes and facilities for farmers and all beneficiaries in general.
