HMLS to help check anti-social elements: Dr Chai

TEZU, Feb 02:  Agri and Allied Dept, Sports and Youth Affairs Minister Dr Mohesh Chair, after inaugurating high mast lightening system (HMLS) at ALC Line here on Saturday, said the HMLS at a prominent location will help check anti-social elements while ensuing security and safety to residents during night time.

He thanked electrical department for timely completion of the project to solve lightening and electrification problems of Tezu town.

Namsai electrical division EE A.K. Pal, in his address earlier, said that three HMLS  tower with 9×200 watt (1.8 KW) capacity each has been installed at three different locations – ALC Line, near Tezu GS School and Tezu Nallah on being executed by his department which were simultaneously inaugurated today.

SP Dr D.W Thongon said that installation of HMLS will help effective policing and keep the criminals at bay. (DIPRO)
