Cong questions PM Modi’s claim

ITANAGAR, Feb 10: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, after laying foundation stones of many projects in his public address at Indira Gandhi Park here on Saturday, has claimed that “I inaugurate the projects whose foundation stones I lay”.

His statement amounted to BJP-led NDA’s victory in 2019 General Election for him to rule again, APCC general secretary-cum-spokesman Chera Taya, said in a statement to take a dig at Modi: Does the PM’s view carry any meaning when he laid foundation stones of all projects granted by Congress-led UPA government.

Wondering how long he would continue to befool the people of India, he questioned: How dare he take the voters for granted for the outcome of 2019 polls by insulting their dignity?

He had promised in 2014 to plug the hole of Arunachal through which state coffer was getting leaked, but the hole has widened by ruling BJP government or else why many staffs are not paid salaries for months?  The masses need to analyze and give a befitting reply to BJP during the festival of democracy due soon, he added.
