Tuki mourns Kholi’s death

ITANAGAR, June 11: Tado Kholi, a senior government advocate, working as public prosecutor at Itanagar permanent bench of Gauhati High Court passed away at his residence in C Sector here Tuesday morning after brief illness.

Kholi, an advocate, was born on 10.01.973 at Kusuk village under Mengio circle of Papum Pare district. He was 48 and survived with his wife & two daughters. He was also honourary secretary of Arunachal Cricket Association (ACA).

ACA president and former chief minister Nabam Tuki expressing deep shock over his untimely demise of Tado said that he was a honest, sincere and hard working man  and pioneered cricket in Arunachal Pradesh.

He conveyed his deep sense of condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for the departed soul to rest in eternal peace.

ICA Hony secretary Nabam Rojer Hina termed him as a founder member of ACA and instrumental in getting ACA affiliated to BCCI. Under his initiative many young talents of the state have become professional cricketer playing in Ranji level for which he will always be remembered.

Members of United Leil Tara Youth Foundation and Abb Tara Multipurpose Society and ACA Committee of Administrator Yab Lala also joined the mourners.
