Arunachal talents surface

NAHARLAGUN, Oct 09: Though cultural programme was part of Durga Puja celebration in almost all 28 pandals in Capital Complex, but two young Arunachalee singers left the audience spell bound at Nahralagun’s 46th Sarbojanin Durga Puja pandal of Community Hall here on Oct 6 last.

Singer Miman Siram, a post graduate (fine arts & music) student of Rajiv Gandhi University, received thunderous applause from huge gathering after she rented few melodious numbers.

Miman, second among four off springs of teacher Opal Siram and Marry, showcased her inborn talents which she has been doing for the last two years to win hearts.

“I wish to be teacher,” she said with conviction while responding to question about her future plan.

 

It is needless to mention about Meenam Goi, Arunachal Idol 3 winner, who with NERIST final year (Civil engineering) student Geli Kamki had also cast a spell of their voice over the audience.
