APCC castigates Rijiju for trolling Rahul Gandhi

ITANAGAR, Dec 30: The Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) on Monday criticised Union Minister of State (Independent) for Sports and youth Affairs for trolling Rahul Gandhi on social media for saving life of an injured journalist Rajendra Vyas who, met with an accident at Humayun Road in the national capital.

Party’s state unit General Secretary Mina Toko in a statement said that the people of the state still remember how Rijiju remained a mute spectator when three sons of the soil died of gun firing during PRC bandh call here in February this year.

“The people of the state felt betrayed when he failed to uphold the responsibilities and duties as a representative of the state. He could not execute his responsibility then but prompt in mocking Rahul Gandhi for helping a injured journalist,” Mina alleged.

“It is a shameful act of Rijiju to troll Gandhi on facebook and Instagram for his good deed of saving the life of the journalist. Gandhi is people’s leader and by helping the injured journalist he has affirmed that humanity is the greatest service to mankind unlike Rijiju who is destorted voice, soon to be diminished,” the Congress leader said.

She added that the APCC praises Gandhi for his humality and hail his kind act.
