ITANAGAR, Feb 14: Governor Brig (Retd) B. D. Mishra, who visited proposed permanent site of Niglok Sainik School in East Siang district on Friday, advised the management and teachers to put in their best to produce best students of India.
In tune with his efforts to start girls’ wing there, he stressed on having state of the art menities to create required academic environment and its campus should be as per prescribed drawings for which the chief minister has consented, he said. He also interacted with the students and advised them to imbibe academic inquisitiveness, discipline, punctuality and scientific temper.
The governor was accompanied by chief secretary Naresh Kumar, education secretary Niharika Rai, senior srchitect Dawa Tsering and Sainik School principal Lt. Cdr A.K. Dutt while local MLA Ninong Ering, East Siang DC Dr. Kinny Singh, SP Rajeev Ranjan Singh, PWD CE (CZ) Markar Bam,, among others, joined later. (PRO)
