ITANAGAR, Aug 19: Hearing in Arunachal Pradesh Service Selection Board (APSSB) job scam has been completed, in all 20 persons were arrested and the charge sheet would be submitted to the court, SIC SP M Harsha Vardhan said on Thursday.
