Pasighat, Oct 17: The Sainik School (SS) under East Siang district on Saturday organised an online guest lecture to commemorate the 41st year of Nobel Prize to Mother Teresa.
Rajiv Gandhi University (RGU) vice-chancellor Saket Kushwaha graced the occasion. He delivered a motivational talk to the students on the topic “Ethics and Stewardship of students”.
In his address, Prof. Kushwaha advised the students to develop and inculcate good habits like respecting elders, caring and sharing, understanding the difference between courage and fear. He also educated them on the difference between greed and need.
He also emphasised on doing right things at right time with correct speed for which planning is very important.
Congratulating the Principal on his work, the VC asked him to continue with uttering efforts to ensure that school emerges as a centre of excellence which align itself to its motto “Education, Character & Nationalism”.
It may be mentioned that SS has been rivalrously conducting motivational talks and guest lecture sessions by renowned personalities of various backgrounds to ensure excellence, motivation of the students and energising them amid Covid-19 pandemic.
