TATO, Dec 30: About 283 hectare land for establishment of Shi Yomi district HQ has been acquired for which the preliminary draft notification would be sent to the state Govt by January 20 next, DC Mito Dirchi told the land advisory committee (LAC) here on Wednesday.
The DC office would run partly from Mechukha for some time while the new office would be made functional at Tato by February end. Moreover, grievances raised by senior citizens of the area were redressed. The LAC was formed to assist district administration in land acquisition. (DIPRO)
