ITANAGAR, Sep 29: The Itanagar Capital Region administration on Tuesday carried out surprise checking of wine shops in the state capital and sealed four shops for operating beyond the permitted time.
A team led by CO along with the police sealed also seized IMFL items from nine shops and gumtis at Abotani colony, E sector, C sector and along NH-415.
ICR DC Talo Potom has directed the bars and wine shops not to run beyond permitted time. He informed that the checking would be conducted regularly to ensure strict adherence to timing.
He has also sought the cooperation of the public and appealed them to abide by the rules so that such exercises could be successfully implemented. (DIPRO)
