ITANAGAR, Dec 01: In tune with commitment of Rs. 300 lakh UPSC Coaching Scholarship for IAS/IPS/IFS for 2023, Helping Hands (HH) and Itanagar-based coaching centre Alternative Learning Centre (ALS) have announced that all aspirants would be virtually counseled.
Goa DC Hage Mamung, IAS and DOTC director-cum-education additional secretary Ranphoa Ngowa, IFS would offer counseling while ALS executive director Manish Gautam would strictly monitor the stringent selection process after all the aspirants get themselves registered for the prestigious but competitive UPSC examinations’ counseling, ALS founder Robin Hibu told this daily on Thursday.
The password/link for counseling would be shared shortly, added Hibu, Delhi Police special commissioner.
