BJP Upper Siang district unit awarded in appreciation of TB patient adoption

YINGKIONG, Dec 30: State BJP vice president Tarh Tarak handed over certificate of excellence awarded to Upper Siang District BJP unit president in-charge Alum Litin in recognition of TB patient adoption and free health check-up during September 17 to October 2 Sewa Pakhawa last. The certificate signed by Chief Minister Pema Khandu, president BJP Biyuram Wahge and VP-cum-convener Nani Lajie.

Tarak, in his address, highlighted state and central Govt. programs and policies being implemented to benefit the last man in society in tune with Antyodaya principles that aims to develop the whole nation. He lauded Chief Minister Pema Khandu, saying the party is confident in his leadership for working very hard for all round development. He urged all party workers to not believe any rumors and strengthen the party at the grassroots level by maintaining unity.

While highlighting significance of good governance and achievements of state and central Govts, spokesperson Techi Necha urged party workers avail benefits of various state and central govt schemes.

Litin along with district leader enlisted party activities and urged state unit to hold training for mandal office bearer. They also sought support of workers to strengthen the party.

Later Geku-Mariyang MLA Kanggong Taku, while discussing political and economic development issues of the district in circuit house with Tarka-led team including Necha, library convener Porchu Tamin, media co-convener Nima Sange and district leaders, assured all possible support to achieve the goal and strengthen the party, according to a party release.
