KHONSA, Jan 24: Principal Secretary (Home) Kaling Tayeng Tuesday has asked Tirap SP to work tirelessly to bring peace in the district.
Tayeng who is on a visit to Tirap district to inspect various developmental projects, during a coordination meeting, urged all the officers of the districrt to put effort to deliver best services in the interest of the people of the district.
Tayeng, accompanied by Tirap DC Hento Karga, PWD superintendent engineer and others, inspected the General Hospital at Khonsa and interacted with the executing agency PWD and contractor.
Tayeng instructed the departmental engineers to complete the project in a time bound manner and expressed satisfaction with its progress, an official communiqué informed.
Earlier, the principal secretary inspected the police station at Deomali where, he took stock of police personnel deployed under the police station.
To a request by the SP, Tayeng assured to look into the problems being faced by the police department in the district on priority, the communiqué added. (DIPRO)
