DyCM launches Seva Pakhwada

NAMSAI, Sept 19: Aligning with 73rd birthday commemoration of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein launched a two-week-long Seva Pakhwada from Empong village in Namsai district on Tuesday, which aims to highlight good governance and achievements of Modi Govt in last nine years in the Centre and to deliver community service for the uplift and betterment of the people.

The Seva Pakhwada from Sept 17 to Oct 2, an initiative of BJP and various Govt agencies to celebrate birthday of PM Modi and raise awareness about different welfare schemes of the Centre. It aims at instilling a sense of social responsibility, volunteerism and community service among individuals and organizations to create a positive impact on society by addressing pressing social issues and fostering a spirit of compassion and service.

Distribution of Ayushman Cards by Mein to beneficiaries under CM Arogya Arunachal Yojana) and Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana, designed to ensure that every individual and family has access to high-quality healthcare services, was one of the key highlights.

Mein, in his speech, exhorted the workers to work with dedication for the uplift of downtrodden and rural people and spread the message of good governance among the masses. The PM’s leadership in the Centre and Chief Minister Pema Khandu-led Govt in the state have led to massive development which would  continue in future.  (PRO)
