DHS Dr Wange, UDC bade farewell

NAHARLAGUN, Apr 02: Director of Health Services (DHS) Dr. Dondu Wange and UDC Tulsi Namchoom, who hare retired from their services, were given a warm farewell by health services directorate officers and staff here on Sunday.

Dr. Wange had joined as MO at Seppa on 04.11.86 and after serving in various capacities, he was promoted as joint director (family welfare), worked as joint director (Estt) and took over charge of DHS on 31.07.23 but finally promoted as additional DHS on 20.10.23.

Namchoom had joined as LDC on 02.12.88 and  promoted to UDC on 20.07.10.

Dr. Wange played a very important role in framing of recruitment rules of  different categories of technical staff and grant of non practicing allowance (NPA) to doctors. Namchoom’s ever smiling and helping attitude was appreciated by all.

DHS Dr. Riken Rina lauded their valuable contributions and wished them healthy and happy post retirement life, according to an official release.
