TWS, with ‘Let’s serve to glorify humanity’ as its motto, unanimously resolved to give special thrust on quality education of its 20,000 population, area-specific development in Tarh dominated areas, particularly Yangtey, Nyapin, Mengio and Kimin circles.
However, a new executive body for 2019-22 session was announced to draw curtains on celebrations of Tarh clan of Nyishi community, which was punctuated by school and college girl students.
Suggestion by journalist Tarh Pradeep Kumar, senior most adopted member of the community, to launch Best Tarh Worker Award to develop competition among members for greater welfare was highly appreciated by the gathering.
Gonkap, in his address, lauded new president Tarak as a simple and honest soul and serve the society with commitment. He advocated social reforms to behave like normal human beings and avoid extravaganza in any form. He called for unity among Tarh members for greater welfare of humanity.
