Infosys Foundation offers Rs 15L scholarship to RMAS students

ITANAGAR, Dec 17: “Avail this great opportunity to build your future as responsible citizens and thereby contribute your might for the development of our great Motherland,” said Rayagada collector-cum-district magistrate Swadha Dev Singh.

She was addressing students and teachers of Hatamuniguda-based Ramakrishna Mission Ashram and School (RMAS) in Rayagada district of Odisha on Saturday after giving away Rs. 15 lakh Infosys Foundation Scholarship-2022-23 was distributed among 100 brilliant students of class-IX to XII. Singh, who was chief guest, through motivational stories, advised the students to make proper use of present for a better tomorrow.

While explaining the objective of the scholarship, RMAS secretary swami Gitatmananda Maharaj lauded the kind gesture of Infosys Foundation and Ramakrishna Mission headquarters for introduction this scholarship in the school.

Swami Prabhuvarananda also addressed the gathering, RMAS sources told this daily.
