ITANAGAR, May 04: Oil India Limited (OIL) has appointed Baritlum Ama of Arunachal Pradesh as a general manager, hailed as a groundbreaking achievement, as he becamee first individual from Mishmi community of the state rise to such a pivotal role in the esteemed organization.
The announcement was made by Deputy Chief Minister of Arunachal Chowna Mein, who extended heartfelt congratulations to Ama on his well-deserved appointment.
Stressing the historic significance of Ama’s ascension and the momentous occasion. Mein said it represented for both the Mishmi tribe and the state.
