APYC & NSU protest scam in NEET-UG 2024 exams

ITANAGAR, June 21: Arunachal Pradesh Youth Congress (APYC) and state National Students’ Union  (NSUI)  unit staged protest here on Friday against talleged irregularities in NEET-UG 2024 examinations in solidarity with nationwide protests announced by the Congress against the BJP Govt’s corruption.

They demanded a thorough probe against Union Ministry of Education and National Testing Agency responsible for the irregularities in the examinations. They termed the episode as deprivation of 24 lakh genuine students, said APYC president Tarh Johny, adding paper leakage was reported from many states for weakness of BJP Govt.

Demanding resignation of Union Education Minister on moral ground, Johny said the paper leakage scam in BJP ruled states has not only affected countless students but also gave a huge blow to parents, who spent their hard earned money for their children’s study.

No one has right to play with sentiments of students, he also urged the state Govt to raise voice against the scam, at least for the  sake future of the children who would be appearing this exams again, he said and asked the GoAP to clear its stand on the issue.
