NAHARLAGUN, Jan 21: (AONS): With one COVID-19 case reported from East Siang district on Thursday, the caseload of Arunachal Pradesh rose to 16,816, including 38 positive cases, 16,722 recoveries and 56 deaths, state IDSP surveillance officer Dr L Jampa reported.
