Arunachal gets ‘Performing State’ tag in PM-KISAN implementation

ITANAGAR, Feb 24: The union Agriculture & Farmers Welfare ministry has awarded Arunachal Pradesh as the best ‘Performing State’ in implementation of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme among the northeastern states and hilly region for achieving highest percentage of Aadhar seeded beneficiaries for the year 2020-21. The percentage of Aadhar authenticated beneficiaries in the state is 98 per cent.
